Common questions.

Does this replace our HRIS/Comp Tools?

No. Composable sits on top of your existing HR stack. It handles the comp configuration and approval workflow. There isn't any migration required and we integrate with 80+ systems.

Is this CRA/tax compliant?

Yes. The RRSP contribution flow, HSA treatment, and salary mechanics are built to CRA/tax authority standards from day one. We're not guessing at this — compliance depth is a core part of the product, not an afterthought.

What if an employee makes a choice we wouldn't approve?

You define the constraints. Employees can only configure within the ranges you set. If they submit something outside policy, the system won't allow it. You only see elections that are already within bounds.

How is this different from a benefits administration platform?

Benefits admin tools (Forma, Benepass, Tedy) handle spending accounts for wellness and perks. Composable handles everything else, and can integrate with a preferred benefits admin platform you already use.

What does the design partner program involve?

Bi-weekly calls with the founding team. Direct input into the product roadmap. Early access to new features before general release. Preferred pricing locked in before we launch publicly. We work with you, not just for you.

Are you available in markets outside Canada/US?

Other regions are on the roadmap, but we're currently accepting design partners within Canada/US only at this time.
